Q: Do you provide dipping items?
A: We have a Basic Pricing package without dipping items and a Premium Package that includes all dipping items. We will provide you with a list to choose your dipping items and provide up to five items per event. If you would like additional items, please let us know.
Q: How much does it cost to have a fountain at our party?
A: Our complete pricing is included in the "Pricing Information" section of our Web site.
Q: What is required to reserve a fountain?
A: We require a $200 nonrefundable deposit to reserve a date. Please click on the "Reserve a Fountain" section of our Web site and complete the information form including the date of your event. Please click on the "Reserve a Fountain" button and you will link to our Pay Pal page where you can charge your deposit using a credit or debit card. You do not have to be a Pay Pal member or sign up with Pay Pal to make a deposit.
Q: Can the fountain be used outside?
A: Wind and bugs are the enemy of the outside fountain. However, if your event is an outdoor party, please let us know, and we will work with you to provide a bug and wind free fountain.
Q: Who does the set up, clean up, and operation of the fountain for the event?
A: We take care of all set up, clean up, and operation of the fountain at your event. To operate the fountain correctly, we require a sturdy level table and a basic 120-volt grounded electrical outlet.
Q: How long can I have the fountain at my event?
A: Our standard contract is for two (2) hours of cascading chocolate at your event. If you would like additional time, please let us know. Additional fees may be required to cover the additional chocolate and the attendant's time.
